All customized products are final sale due to the personalized nature of monogrammed gifts.
If your order is flawed because of a mistake on our part, we'll replace it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
If you're unhappy with your order because of a mistake on your part, we’ll try to help you fix it.
Non-Personalized Items Return Policy
We accept returns on new or unworn items. Garments must be unworn with original tags and receipts. If we receive the merchandise within 14 days of delivery, a refund can be issued to the original form of payment.
If we receive the merchandise within 15-30 days of delivery, an online gift code will be sent to the email address provided on your original order.
